Now we’re entering our next major growth chapter: Texas. This is a launch-stage opportunity where you’ll help us open doors, create momentum, build pipeline, and establish Innovamat in one of the biggest education markets in the United States.
About the Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll sit at the center of our U.S. expansion strategy. You’ll be one of the first people school districts interact with — identifying opportunities, generating conversations, and helping us break into new regions with a particular focus on Texas.
This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone who wants more than just “hitting quota.” You’ll help shape how we scale. You’ll work directly with Leadership, Growth, Marketing, and RevOps in a fast-moving environment where ideas become action quickly.

What You’ll Do
Identify and research new school district opportunities across the U.S., with a strong focus on Texas
Build outbound pipeline through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and creative prospecting
Book high-quality meetings with district leaders and decision-makers
Test messaging, outreach strategies, and growth tactics in a fast-learning environment
Partner closely with Leadership, Marketing, Growth, and RevOps to accelerate expansion
Bring market insights and feedback directly into our GTM strategy
Jump into strategic growth initiatives beyond traditional BDR responsibilities
Who You Are
We’re looking for ambitious builders with strong communication skills, resilience, and a hunger to grow.
You might be a fit if you have:
1–3 years of experience in a similar role OR a strong record of performance in a demanding, high-performance environment (consulting, investment banking, operations, engineering, startups, etc.)
A highly competitive mindset — rejection motivates you
Strong curiosity and natural relationship-building skills
An entrepreneurial mentality and comfort operating in fast-changing environments
Excellent English communication skills (you’ll work with U.S. districts daily)
Strong writing, organization, and research abilities
High ownership and bias for action
Interest in education and willingness to deeply learn pedagogy and the K-12 landscape
Nice to Have:
EdTech or education experience
Experience using tools like Apollo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience in startup or launch-stage environments
