Your day to day at Innovamat đ
Local operations & daily coordination (core of the role)
Act as the main point of contact with logistics operators in California and Pennsylvania.
Coordinate and oversee warehousing, order preparation, outbound shipments, and local transportation.
Closely monitor critical orders and react quickly to operational issues (shortages, delays, picking errors, carrier incidents).
Take fast, well-judged decisions to protect customer commitments.
Continuously validate WMS data vs physical reality.
International logistics & trade
Manage and follow up import/export documentation related to the US market.
Coordinate with the HQ Supply team on international inbounds into the US.
Apply practical knowledge of incoterms, customs flows, and their local operational impact.
Monitoring, KPIs & reporting
Track international and domestic transportation flows.
Ensure compliance with defined SLAs and operational KPIs (OTIF, lead times, rework, incidents).
Maintain and update internal dashboards and control panels.
Prepare periodic reports on US logistics performance.
Continuous improvement & transversal role
Proactively propose and implement improvements to increase speed, reliability, and efficiency.
Participate in defining the logistics strategy for the US market.
Act as the US international logistics reference across internal company channels.
What are we looking for? đ
Background in international business, logistics, supply chain, or similar.
2â3+ years of experience in international logistics with hands-on local distribution experience in the US.
Direct experience working with US-based warehouses, logistics operators, and carriers.
Practical knowledge of foreign trade regulations applicable to the US.
Strong operational agility and ability to respond under pressure.
Experience working with WMS / TMS and operational data.
Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar analytical tools.
Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Availability for occasional travel to the US.

Proven ability to manage multiple warehouses simultaneously.
Strong understanding of parcel vs LTL dynamics in the US market.
Experience working across time zones with distributed teams.
