Your Mission 🎯

You will be the logistical engine of Innovamat in Brazil. Your goal is to ensure that daily operations flow smoothly, coordinating closely with our local logistics partner to ensure that educational materials reach schools with maximum efficiency.

Your day-to-day at Innovamat 🏁

• Local Operations and Daily Coordination: Act as the primary contact for our Logistics Operator (3PL) in Brazil, overseeing order fulfillment and transportation.

• Ensuring Logistics Flow Continuity: Detect and resolve bottlenecks in preparation or transport, ensuring that any operational deviations are quickly resolved with the provider to avoid impact on deliveries.

• International Logistics: Manage and track import documentation for the Brazilian market, coordinating international shipments to the country with the HQ team.

• KPIs and Reporting: Monitor transportation flows and compliance with established SLAs (OTIF, lead times, operational volume).

What are we looking for? 🔍

• Education: Degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.

• Experience: Previous experience (2 or 3 years) as a logistics intern with hands-on practice in the Brazilian market.

• Local Market Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in "Notas Fiscais" (NF) and their legal importance in transportation.

  • Understanding of Brazil’s logistical geography and regional distribution challenges.

• Tools: Mastery of management tools (Office Suite and Google Workspace).

• Languages: Native Portuguese and fluent Spanish.
