What You Will Do 🚀
Own full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of U.S. roles, partnering closely with business leaders from kick-off to signed offer.
Develop trusted relationships with hiring managers, supporting them with talent market insights, candidate feedback, and best practices throughout the hiring process.
Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, events, and community engagement.
Develop talent intelligence for the business by monitoring hiring trends, competitor activity, talent movements, and market insights.
Attend recruiting events, industry conferences, university career fairs, and networking opportunities to strengthen Innovamat's presence in the market.
Support and execute employer branding initiatives, helping showcase our people, culture, mission, and impact across multiple channels.
Partner with employees to amplify authentic employee stories and advocacy efforts that strengthen our employer brand.
Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools, automation, and sourcing technologies to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Innovamat's values and leaves every candidate feeling respected and inspired.
Track hiring metrics, maintain ATS data integrity, and contribute to workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
You Have 🔍
2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, talent partnering, or people-focused roles within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
High Level of English
Experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Strong sourcing and talent attraction capabilities, with the ability to engage passive candidates and build talent communities.
Curiosity about talent trends, employer branding, talent intelligence, and the evolving future of work.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You are comfortable interacting with candidates, hiring managers, senior leaders, and external partners.
Comfort using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-enabled recruiting technologies, and talent analytics.
A growth mindset and passion for continuous learning. You actively seek opportunities to expand your knowledge and bring new ideas to the team.
Experience contributing to employer branding, events, partnerships, content creation, or talent community building is a strong plus.
