About Innovamat đ
Innovamat is transforming Kâ8 math education across the U.S. and beyond â and weâre just getting started.
Weâre a fast-growing global EdTech startup with 300+ teammates across 10 countries, building a new generation of math education grounded in research, teacher empowerment, and real classroom impact. Our curriculum, intervention programs, and adaptive technology are already trusted by 27,000+ teachers in 2,600+ schools worldwide â and weâre now in a pivotal phase of scaling our presence in the U.S.
Backed by leading thinkers like Peter Liljedahl (Building Thinking Classrooms), Innovamat sits at the intersection of learning science, product innovation, and execution.
We operate with a true startup mindset â we move fast, take ownership, experiment constantly, and are deeply driven by the impact we create for teachers and students.
Math should be joyful, meaningful, and transformational â not worksheets and rote memorization. We partner with districts and educators to reimagine what math classrooms can look like.
This is a chance to join early in our U.S. journey, take on real ownership, and help build something from the ground up.
About the Role
This role is the right hand to the General Manager, Pacific and a core member of the U.S. expansion team.
Youâll start as a hands-on builder â opening doors, closing deals, and shaping our go-to-market motion â and evolve into a leader, hiring and developing the team that will scale the region.
Roles like this are rare: youâll have the autonomy of a founder, the backing of a global company, and the opportunity to shape how an entire region â and eventually the U.S. â grows.
Youâll work across growth, operations, and strategy â building systems, running projects, supporting execution in the field, and stepping in wherever the business needs leverage.
What Youâll Do
Drive Execution & Growth
Grow the California territory: Build Innovamatâs presence across the region by identifying priority districts, shaping a focused territory strategy, and creating strong momentum in the market.
Lead consultative conversations: Engage district leaders in meaningful discussions about their math challenges and introduce Innovamatâs research-backed approach.
Refine the go-to-market motion: Identify patterns, improve messaging, and help build the playbook for scaling district partnerships across new regions.
Generate pipeline through strategic outreach, networking, conferences, and strong presence in the education ecosystem.
Act as a force multiplier to the General Manager, helping translate priorities into action
Own end-to-end execution of key initiatives: plan, launch, analyze, iterate, scale
Support growth efforts across districts, pilots, and expansion initiatives
Get hands-on across teams to deeply understand how the business operates

Support new market entry efforts, process builds, and operational improvements
Step into ambiguous problems and bring clarity, structure, and momentum
Partner with Leadership
Work closely with the General Manager and leadership team on priorities and execution
Sense whatâs happening in the field and surface insights that inform strategy
Ensure the most important work gets done â proactively!
Alignment & Communication
Coordinate across teams to maintain momentum and clarity
Build clear reporting and tracking systems for internal stakeholders
Help ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and impact
