Innovamat has arrived in Brazil to transform mathematics education, and we are doing so at breakneck speed. After consolidating an operation with exceptional growth, our challenge now is to build the necessary infrastructure to scale the project's impact across the country.

We are looking for our Head of Operations in Brazil, a key figure to take on operational leadership with a "builder" mindset. Your mission will be to design and lead end-to-end operations, acting as the fundamental pillar of our "Triple Connection":

• Local Business: You will be the strategic partner to the leadership in Brazil, ensuring that operations act as an engine for growth rather than a bottleneck for sales.

• Global Management: You will maintain a direct connection with the Operations Director at our headquarters to align Brazil’s strategy with the company's international standards.

• HQ Functional Profiles: You will constantly coordinate with specialist teams in Barcelona (Finance, Logistics, Operations) to land global operational "science" into the reality and particularities of the Brazilian market.

Your day-to-day 🤲

• Supply and Import Strategy: Co-responsible with the HQ Supply Chain and Legal teams, you will lead the strategic vision of how our product enters the country, managing relationships with external business partners and optimizing planning according to market seasonality.

• Product Lifecycle Optimization: You will coordinate with global functional profiles to ensure an impeccable flow, from demand forecasting and production strategy (local vs. international) to last-mile logistics.

• Administrative-Fiscal Leadership: You will work closely with the HQ Finance team and local partners to professionalize bureaucracy and tax procedures, achieving an agile process and efficient autonomy from headquarters.

• Data Quality Assurance: You will work alongside HQ systems experts to ensure all operations are correctly reflected in our management tools, providing full visibility of the business status to all involved departments.

• Growth Support: You will act as the necessary operational bridge so that the Brazil business team can scale operations without technical or logistical friction.

What are we looking for? 🔎

• Solid experience in Operations or Supply Chain roles, preferably in environments where coordination between local and global headquarters is key.

• Deep understanding of the Brazilian fiscal and logistical context, with the ability to translate this complexity to HQ functional profiles.

• "Builder" mindset: you are motivated to create processes in collaboration with others and professionalize them for scaling.

• High-level communication skills: fluency in Portuguese and Spanish or English to ensure seamless communication between Brazil and Barcelona.

• Result-oriented and teamwork-driven: you understand that major operational milestones are a shared responsibility.

• Knowledge of AI tools: working with AI is key to ensuring the automation of time-consuming tasks and processes.
