The role đŻ
We are looking for a high-energy and resilient Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team. This is the perfect next step for someone with around 1 year of experience who wants to take real ownership of recruitment in a fast-growing environment.
Your mission is simple: find and attract the right people to scale our teams, specifically in Spain. Weâre not looking for someone to just 'fill seats,' but someone who enjoys the hunt, cares deeply about the candidate journey, and wants to learn how to build a great team from the inside.
Your day-to-day đ
Proactive Sourcing & "The Hunt": You wonât just wait for applications to roll in. Youâll spend quality time in the trenches using LinkedIn Recruiter, Waalaxy, and other tools to find and engage with passive talent who isn't even looking for a job yet.
Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Partnership: Youâll be a trusted partner to our Hiring Managers. From the initial job briefing to the final offer, youâll lead the strategy, define success profiles, and keep stakeholders aligned and informed throughout the process.
Full-Cycle Ownership: Youâll manage the end-to-end recruitment funnel for various teams in Spain, ensuring a smooth, fast, and human experience for every candidate.
Cultural Fit & First Interviews: Youâll conduct initial screenings to ensure candidates are not only technically skilled but also truly aligned with our values and way of working.
Talent Branding & Events: Youâll get out of the office! Youâll represent us at job fairs, university events, and talent hubs to pitch our project and build a high-quality talent pipeline.
Candidate Experience: Youâll ensure no candidate is "left in the dark." Youâll manage all communications through our ATS (Teamtailor), keeping the process transparent and reflecting our true company energy.
Onboarding Support: Youâll collaborate with the wider People team to ensure a "smooth landing" for every new joiner, making sure they feel welcomed and part of the team from day one.
What we are looking for đ
We are looking for someone to join us for an initial 6-month period. Right now, the team is facing a high volume of hiring and we need an extra set of hands to maintain our pace and standards. At the end of these 6 months, we will assess the team's capacity and the companyâs needs to decide on the next steps together.
You have around 1 year of experience in recruitment, ideally in an in-house role. You already have a solid start in hiring and are looking to keep learning and putting your skills into practice within a fast-paced team.
Curiosity & Fast Learning: You are naturally curious and have a high learning agility. You don't wait to be told how to do things; you investigate, ask questions, and love picking up new tools and methodologies.
True Passion for Talent: You genuinely love recruitment. You get a kick out of finding the right person for the right role and care about the long-term success of the team.
Ambition & Drive: You donât just want a job; you want to build something. You have the motivation to go above and beyond and the ambition to develop your career within a fast-paced environment.
Thriving in Speed: You are energized by growth and change. You are adaptable, resilient, and comfortable shifting gears when priorities move fast.
Attention to Detail & Follow-up: You are methodical and organized. You take pride in keeping your pipeline clean and making sure every candidate receives a timely and professional answer.
Language: Native or bilingual Spanish and a solid level of English.
Our Culture & Values đ€
Our culture defines us. We know this isnât the place for everyoneâand thatâs okay. Hereâs what you can expect:
We aim high: We set ambitious goals and work to high standards. We are driven by the passion to change education.
We are owners: From day one, youâll have real responsibility and the trust to lead projects and make decisions.
We move fast: We thrive in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment. Speed and adaptability are our fuel.
We are eager to learn: We are a team of curious people who see every challenge as a chance to grow and share knowledge.
We are humble: We value feedback and collaboration. We listen actively, learn from each other, and celebrate wins as one team.
We enjoy the ride: We believe in high intensity but also in care. Youâll find trust, flexibility (including Christmas break!), and a team that genuinely enjoys working together.
If you think you are that person we are looking for we would love to meet you!
