Innovamat is an educational organization focusing on math learning. Its mission is to help improve how this science is taught by offering resources, training, and research to the educational community.

Since its founding in 2017 in Barcelona, Innovamat has partnered with 27,000 teachers from more than 2,600 schools in Spain, the United States, Mexico, Italy, Chile, Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil, and Peru, inspiring more than 600,000 students to build strong math foundations and instill a passion for learning.

What will be your mission? 🚀

As an International Expansion Associate reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will work closely with the leadership team (including the CEO) on high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives. Your role will be varied, analytical, and fast-paced. You will:

• Immersion & Expertise: Dive deep into Innovamat’s DNA by mastering our Sales and Customer Success processes. You will gain a 360° understanding of our value proposition and how we empower schools.

• Networking & Ecosystem Building: Act as an ambassador for Innovamat at key educational events. Your goal is to build, nurture, and leverage a high-level network of contacts within the international private school community.

• Driving Growth: Take ownership of ambitious annual sales targets. You won't just suggest strategies; you will execute them to ensure we meet our expansion goals.

• Market Intelligence: Conduct rigorous market research to evaluate and de-risk the potential opening of new international markets. You will be the compass that points us toward our next territory.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work at the heart of the company, leading and supporting strategic projects that require alignment across different teams (Product, Ops, Marketing).

• Strategic Reporting: Develop and present compelling growth opportunities and business cases directly to the Executive Team.

We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and humble individual who thrives in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. You’re a strong communicator, a problem-solver by nature, and excited to make an impact. Specifically, you should have:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience and a strong desire to advance your career with us.

• Strong curiosity, business sense, and a strategic mindset.

• Entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on, proactive approach to solving problems.

• Humility, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on challenges beyond your comfort zone.

• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers and data.

• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — in Spanish and English.

• Solid proficiency in presentations and spreadsheets (PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Sheets).

• A collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships across teams.

• Availability to work on-site in Barcelona and open to travel to our core markets if needed.

Nice to have:

• Passion for education and impact-driven organizations.

• Knowledge of Italian, French or German.
