Today, our programs are used in 2,500+ schools across 9 countries (Europe, LatAm, U.S.), including 350 schools in Mexico. In the U.S., we’ve partnered with 60 districts across 8 states—from the East Coast to the West Coast.

About the Role
As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be one of the first contacts U.S. school districts have with Innovamat. You’ll research opportunities, reach out to decision-makers, and help us expand into new states.
This is a hunter role — you’ll build your own pipeline, test what works, and help shape how we grow in the U.S.
What You’ll Do
Identify and research new school districts and expansion opportunities
Run outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn) to book meetings
Support sales and GTM strategy with market insights
Collaborate with Leadership, Growth, RevOps, and Marketing
Jump into fast-moving growth projects
You won’t wait for tasks — you’ll create momentum.
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone with:
1-3 years in a similar BDR role OR a proven record of performance in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment (e.g. investment banking, consulting, private equity, engineering, operations, or early-stage startups)
Competitive drive — rejection fuels you
Natural relationship builder with genuine curiosity about people
Entrepreneurial mindset — you like growth and big goals
Curiosity about education and willingness to learn pedagogy
Strong English (you’ll work with U.S. districts daily)
Clear writing, research, and communication skills
Comfort with ambiguity and moving fast
Nice to have:
Edtech, education, or startup experience
Outreach tools (Apollo, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
