🚀 Builder role
About Innovamat
Innovamat is transforming how math is taught in PreK–8 classrooms. Today, our programs reach 2,500+ schools across 9 countries (Europe, LatAm, U.S.) In Mexico, we partner with 350 schools. In the U.S., we work with 60 districts across 8 states spanning both East and West Coasts.
We’re the global leader in evidence-based, high-impact math instruction, replacing textbooks with hands-on, dynamic, research-backed learning experiences.
We’re backed by strong fundamentals, a team of 320+ educators and builders and a clear mission: make high-quality math instruction accessible to every student.
About the Role
This is a strategic commercial role. As an Expansion Associate, you’ll be at the center of how we grow across the US. You will lead our entry into new US states, become the first point of contact with school districts, coordinate pilots, and ensure we generate the traction needed to secure large-scale adoption.
You’ll combine the hunter mindset of a salesperson with the builder mindset of an entrepreneur: building from scratch, navigating ambiguity, and ensuring flawless execution of our market entry strategy. This role is ideal for someone who moves fast, and wants to grow into a leadership or strategic operator role over time.
What You’ll Do
Prospect & Outreach: Identify target districts, map decision-makers, conduct structured cold calling and emailing, and secure qualified meetings.
Field Visits: Visit district and school leaders to present Innovamat’s solution; support demos, presentations, and pilot setup.
Pilot Coordination: Align timelines, stakeholders, and success criteria; support execution and monitor progress toward adoption.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, report on KPIs (meetings, pilots, conversions).
Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Manage any local initiative such as marketing, events, training, product adaptation, ensuring a smooth deployment of our operations.
Help Us Scale Smart: As we move from founder-led sales to scalable GTM, you’ll help create the processes, data, and systems that power growth.
