About the roleđŻ
Weâre looking for Account Executives to supercharge our growth in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Maryland â and to unlock new states like Virginia, Ohio, and Tennessee.
This is not a plug-and-play role. Itâs for people who are hungry, ambitious, and energized by the challenge of building something new. Youâll own relationships with district leaders, guide them through a consultative process, and help them bring transformational math instruction to their schools.
Youâll have support â from centralized marketing campaigns, global webinars, and high-impact events â but success will come from your ability to love building relationships, design your own plan, execute it relentlessly, and own your number.

What You Will Do đ
- Open doors: Prospect relentlessly, reach out creatively, and generate new relationships with district leaders where Innovamat can make the biggest impact.
- Drive first conversations: Lead consultative discussions that uncover needs and create excitement around a new approach to math.
- Team up to win: Work with senior leaders and math success managers to deliver powerful demos and close transformational partnerships.
- Show up everywhere: Represent Innovamat at conferences, host local events, and make us visible across your territory.
- Love the game: Enjoy sales, building relationships, and generating real impact for kids and teachers.
- Own your number: Build and execute a personal plan to exceed your goals, supported by centralized campaigns and events.
What You Have đ
Sales experience preferred â especially in education in NY or PA â but we welcome all profiles who are hungry to learn and reinvent themselves.
A passion for building relationships and opening doors.
Drive and resilience: rejection motivates you, not deters you.
Curiosity about education: eager to learn the depth of pedagogy and math instruction while selling a product that transforms classrooms.
Entrepreneurial energy: you want to eat the world, travel, and make an impact.
Comfort with ambiguity: you see the blank page as an opportunity.
Willingness to travel ~50% of the time.
