About the Role

Texas is one of the most exciting math education markets in the country — and we’re just getting started. After early success in the state, we’re ready to go big.

We’re looking for a well-connected, entrepreneurial sales leader to take full ownership of our growth in Texas and build Innovamat’s presence from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in helping us achieve a 10x growth milestone, bringing transformational math instruction to classrooms across the state.

You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll be paired with a dedicated math content expert, freeing you to focus on what you do best: connecting, activating, and closing. Together, you’ll lead impactful math workshops, host district events, and inspire instructional leaders with a new way of thinking about math.

This is a rare opportunity to launch a state where the opportunity is already validated pedagogically (through our partnership with Peter Liljedahl and Building Thinking Classrooms) and confirmed through strong district demand for a conceptual, effective approach to K–8 math intervention.

What You'll Own 🏁

✅ Lead Innovamat’s launch and growth across Texas — building presence from the ground up
✅ Cultivate strong district relationships through events, outreach, and strategic networking
✅ Drive adoption by leading thoughtful, math-forward conversations with key decision-makers
✅ Collaborate with a math content expert to co-deliver high-quality workshops and demos
✅ Represent Innovamat at conferences, lunch & learns, and statewide education events
✅ Establish Innovamat as a trusted brand and thought leader in Texas math education
✅ Report directly to a U.S. Founding Team Member and help shape our national GTM strategy

You're a fit if 🔍

• Have proven experience in Texas K–12 educational sales or math-focused instructional leadership

• Are deeply familiar with Texas school districts, their buying cycles, and key associations

• Bring a strong statewide network and love turning relationships into partnerships
  

• Thrive in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments where you build from scratch
  

• Are a natural connector and communicator, from classroom teachers to superintendents — and especially math-focused administrators

Bonus Points If You...

• Have worked in or alongside math education
  

• Are familiar with Building Thinking Classrooms or other conceptual math models
  

• Have built a territory or vertical from scratch at a growing company
  

• Have experience organizing events or growing a brand in the education space
